All persons working on the stand during construction and/or dismantling of the stand must carry a Work ID Badge.
The badge must be carried visibly and shown at the gate upon entering the expo area and upon request. Neckstraps are available at the Exhibition Office (located at the West Entrance)
There is no access to the expo area without valid ID badges.
A Work ID badge is only valid during the construction and dismantling periods. During fair opening hours all staff must carry Exhibitor Badges to access the area.
There is a limited number of badges per exhibitor. Should you need additional badges, please contact Danish Travel Show at firstname.lastname@example.org. Badges can also be printed at the Exhibition Office at the West Entrance.
Your stand must be manned at all times during all opening hours. Anyone who works at the stand during the fair must carry an Exhibitor Badge. The badge is personal and must be carried visibly and shown upon arrival at the fair.
The number of Exhibitor Badges available is depending on the size of your stand. If you need additional badges, please contact Danish Travel Show at email@example.com.
Exhibitor Badges also function as access cards during construction and dismantling of your stand - however they are only available to staff also working at the stand during the fair.
An Exhibitor Purchasing Card will be issued for all exhibitors. The card can be used in all MCH restaurants as well as in the Technical Service Center. It is not possible to buy on credit without this card.
The card is automatically issued to all exhibitors and can be collected at the Exhibition Management Office.
Please note: The purchasing card is valid from the first official day of the construction period.
In all MCH restaurants the service facilities are equipped with a barcode scanner, where you can swipe your card. When using the card you will receive a voucher, and the purchases will subsequently be included on your final invoice after the fair.
