Travel presentations
More than 200 travel presentations are being held at Danish Travel Show in 11 presentation rooms. There are four rooms in Hall G, four rooms in Hall E, and three rooms in Hall M. The facilities have room for an audience between 50-150 persons. Every exhibitor can hold 1 travel presentation per day.
Each rooms are equipped whit a projector and a screen as well as microphone and speakers. Please bring the presentation on a USB flash drive or bring your own computer.
For the best result we recommend that the presentation should be prepared in PowerPoint in the resolution 1920x1080 pixels and the format 16:9. It's possible to get a verification of the quality of the presentation by sending it to Cecilie cev@mch.dk before the fair.

Stage presentations
The main stage is located in Hall M. It's possible to get 1 stage presentation per day (until the programm is fully booked). There is a large screen, speakers, technical operator and a host for the stage.
The presentations must be sent to Cecilie at cev@mch.dk before the fair, as the quality must be approved in advance by the technical operator.
For the best result we recommend that the presentation should be prepared in the resolution 1920x1080 pixels and the format 16:9.
