Goods
MCH will receive goods from 17 February 2025. Please remember to label all goods and consignment notes/documents clearly with your company name and stand number.
In exceptional cases, goods may be delivered to MCH's storage facilities during the fair's opening hours. However, delayed delivery to your stand must be expected.

The goods must be delivered directly to the stand. If the driver is unable to unload the goods, please refer the matter to Sand Spedition, phone +45 9714 5100 or +45 2270 0195.
Shipping and packaging
Packaging must not be stored on the stand or in back rooms. If you need collection/storing of empty packaging, please contact Sand Spedition by phone +45 9714 5100 or +45 2270 0195 or at lv@sandspedition.dk.
Practical information from Sand Spedition regarding collection of packaging:
- Packaging must be packed/lashed securely to pallet(s) before the goods are left at the stand (remember that the goods are transported by a fork-lift truck and on a lorry to/from the storage facilities).
- If there are any sensitive/delicate objects, such as cardboard, cartons, linen, furniture, electrical goods etc., these MUST be covered with foil and/or plastic/tarpaulin. Packaging must be expected to be outside for brief periods of time before being returned to the stand.
- Goods must be clearly labelled with the exhibitor's name and stand number.
Please fulfil the above details. Otherwise we cannot guarantee the punctuality or safe return of the packaging. We will, of course, be glad to answer any questions you might have.
Conditions: All assignments are executed in accordance with NSAB 2000 / the CMR Law.
NB: Clingfilm/foil, tape, labels for labelling goods and returned emptied labels can be claimed from our office (between Halls D and E).
